The useful part is not a higher score. It is a grounded reflection built from the records already saved.

The problem was not missing data.
A number could tell me how the day felt, but not how I moved through it.
一次记录需要足够短，疲惫时也能在一分钟内完成。
不把连续记录、缺失日期或更高分数变成另一种压力。
情绪记录默认只属于使用者，产品不依靠公开分享获得价值。
Rejected on purpose: streaks, achievement rings, public sharing, chatbot first interactions.

Problems became product decisions.
A score felt too flat.
保留心情和评分，同时加入一句很短的当天记录，让数字拥有语境。
Statistics could become judgment.
移除连续打卡、目标和漏记提示。Archive 只帮助回看，不评价表现。
Difficult days needed another frame.
把 Star Cup 独立出来，记录的不是低分，而是自己如何撑过那一天。
AI should reveal a pattern, not replace my voice.
Archive 支持 7、14、30 或 Custom 天数。经同意后，AI 只读取选定范围的日记录字段和 Star Cup 文字。

From a daily entry to a grounded reflection.

用心情、评分和一句话，快速保存当天的状态。
Calendar
按月份看见五档心情的组成；Monthly Reflection V1 只做真实记录的确定性月度汇总，不调用 AI。
Archive
按 7、14、30 或 Custom 天数整理一段时间的记录，先由使用者决定回看的范围。
AI reflection
经同意后生成 You during this time、What may be affecting you、What you could do next，并支持打开、切换语言、重新生成或删除。
Star Cup
为困难但仍然走过的一天留下独立证据；照片留在 Mood 内，不发送给 AI 提供方。

Privacy is part of the product.
预览数据只保存在当前浏览器的 localStorage，用于安全地测试完整流程。
正式数据通过 Supabase 保存，并由行级安全策略限制为当前用户自己的记录。
AI 配置只存在服务端，只接收选定范围内必要的日记录字段与 Star Cup 文字；照片保留在 Mood 内，不发送给模型。
Monthly Reflection V1 只汇总真实记录，不做原因推断、诊断或泛化建议。
